 WPLN Action (WPLNA) advances policies that empower
and elevate women as public leaders. Our mission is to
educate, organize, and advance policies that help
women seek public office and become effective leaders
in their communities, states, and at the national level.
Our expansive network reaches across states and
encompasses leaders from diverse sectors and causes,
all committed to championing policies that bolster
female leadership.

By harnessing the strength of this broad network,
WPLN Action actively facilitates opportunities for more
women to assume leadership roles across various
sectors, contributing their diverse perspectives to
enrich decision-making processes. We foster
connections, build relationships, and equip women to
lead by providing access to experts on the challenges
facing their communities.

Our Approach
